Product Review: Avon Cucumber Melon Roll-On Deodorant

I usually use Avon deodorants for the simple fact that they have fragrances that no other deodorants have. They have their deodorants fragranced with their most popular perfumes. I'm a perfume fanatic, so having a deodorant that has a perfume-y smell is perfect for me.

So far, my favorite Avon deodorant has been their Rare Gold deodorant. The scent reminds me of Daisy by Marc Jacobs. But this Cucumber Melon deodorant is starting to grow on me, too.

I had a deodorant that smelled of cucumber melon before-I think it was by Simply Basic. It had a good smell, but it didn't do anything for sweating. But Avon's deodorant does a pretty decent job with stopping perspiration in its tracks.

It smells just like all cucumber melon scents (I think they all smell the same), but this scent lasts-and that's why I love Avon deodorants. The scent lasts for at least 6-8 hours, and the anti-perspiration lasts all day.

One thing you may not like about roll-on deodorants is that they are liquid, and take a few minutes to dry. Not only that, but you may find that the liquid gets on your clothes and leaves behind white marks. This is why I put on the deodorants and let them dry completely before I put on my clothes.

Most of the complaints that anyone ever had about Avon deodorants is the fact that they take too long to dry, but I think that they are faster drying than they used to be. Sometimes you have to flap your arms like a chicken to dry the deodorant!

Once the deodorant does dry, it protects from sweating and smells great for hours-and it's only $.99! I think that an effective, unique smelling deodorant is worth that small amount of money. I would recommend it to anyone who has the patience to wait until it dries!
